Throughout her professional career, Patricia has contributed to her company's revenue growth, strategic business development mandates, collective bargaining agreement/mutual agreement renewals, compensation management, team coaching, supervision, performance indicator management, workforce planning, department mergers, process management and review, and ISO certification management for several companies.

Health sector

  • Ensure labor relations management with unions (APTS and FIQ) on South Shore of Montreal (health field)

  • Hire executives, review the compensation process for 240 executives (regionalization of compensation in Estrie region)

  • Maintain the establishment's supervision rate at 3.4%

  • Reduction of independent labor (by 95%) and overtime (reduction of 40%)

  • Provide management, coaching and support to 3 department heads at 3 service points (South Shore of Montreal) and supervision of 70 employees        (multi-site teams)

    - Reduce work accidents: objective 0 in one year
    - Reduce the absenteeism rate from 12% to 15% in 3 years and then to 7% in 2 years.

  • Ensure management of labor relations with unionized and non-unionized employees

  • Develop a performance appraisal system and an employee compensation system (50 employees)

  • Carry out the pay equity process in companies

  • Building and implementing OHS prevention programs (4 job titles)

  • Participate in the renewal of 3 collective agreements (250 employees)

  • Hire 250 seasonal employees in the spring for an agricultural company (5% reduction in firm hiring)

  • Ensure the hiring of 18 immigrant employees over 5 years and ensure the management of immigration files (complete process)
