Having been a shareholder and vice-president of a 50-employee company in the private sector for almost 5 years, her expertise in the field enables her to identify the organizational issues and challenges facing small, medium and large businesses. She uses and adapts best practices to help organizations evolve and grow. She has served on her company's Board of Directors and on the Board of an NPO.

Patricia Michaud
Patricia Michaud, Organizational Strategist, has nearly 25 years of management experience in both the private and public sectors. She has held operational and strategic positions as human resources consultant and director for organizations such as Nordx/CDT, Cascades, Synagri and DATA in the manufacturing sector, as well as in Quebec's healthcare network.
