These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of synergiegestionpm.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Synergie Gestion PM inc. (“Synergie Gestion PM,” “we” or “us”), a Quebec-based firm providing consulting services in human resources management and organizational strategy.

By accessing or browsing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. General information only

The content of the Site, including the description of our services and our approach, is provided for information purposes only. It addresses issues related to human resources management, occupational health and safety, labour relations and organizational strategy, but does not constitute professional, legal or accounting advice tailored to your situation.

Every organization faces its own realities. Before acting on any information presented on the Site, we recommend that you seek advice suited to your context. Employment laws and regulations change over time, and some content may no longer reflect the current state of the law when you read it.

2. No consultant-client relationship

Browsing the Site, sending a message through the contact form or having an initial discussion with us does not create a consultant-client relationship. Every engagement is governed by a written service proposal, accepted by both parties, that sets out its scope, deliverables, fees and terms.

3. Contact form and communications

The contact form is intended for information requests and meeting requests. Please do not use it to send sensitive or confidential information, such as health information, details drawn from employee files, or information about an ongoing complaint or dispute. Such information can be exchanged securely once an engagement is in place.

Internet communications may be intercepted, lost or altered. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, but we cannot guarantee the absolute security of electronic communications.

4. Platform and hosting

The Site is built and hosted on the Wix platform, operated by Wix.com Ltd. Some of the Site’s features, including the contact form and visitor statistics, rely on tools provided by this platform. Wix code, templates and technical components remain the property of Wix.com Ltd. or its licensors and are subject to their own terms.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of the Site, including text, our consulting approach, photographs, graphic design, and the Synergie Gestion PM name and logo, is owned by Synergie Gestion PM inc. or used with the permission of its owners. This content is protected by the Copyright Act and applicable trademark laws.

You may view the content of the Site and share it by linking to the original page and citing the source. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use, in whole or in part, including in the context of training or the delivery of services, requires our prior written consent.

6. Third-party content and trademarks

The Site may display the logos of client organizations or former employers, testimonials, and references to tools developed by third parties, such as MPO psychometric assessments. These elements remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on the Site does not mean that these organizations endorse or sponsor our services, unless expressly stated.

Testimonials are published with the consent of their authors and reflect their personal experience. The outcome of any engagement depends on the specific context of each organization.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you may not:

a) use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;

b) harass, threaten or defame anyone, or infringe the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights;

c) transmit viruses, malware or any code that may harm the Site, its users or Synergie Gestion PM;

d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems or the data it contains, circumvent its security measures or reverse engineer its code;

e) extract content from the Site by automated means (bots, data scraping), including for the purpose of training artificial intelligence systems;

f) use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages or to collect other people’s contact information.

8. Links to third-party sites

The Site contains links to external websites and platforms, including LinkedIn. These sites are governed by their own terms and policies. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for their use.

9. Accuracy and availability of the site

We take reasonable care to keep the content accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that it is error-free, complete or current at all times. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Access may be interrupted, including for maintenance or because of an outage affecting the hosting platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergie Gestion PM inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to access, the Site, or from decisions made on the basis of its content.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Civil Code of Québec.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Synergie Gestion PM inc. against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site in breach of these Terms or of the law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, our services or the legal framework. The version in effect is the one published on this page, and the date of the most recent update appears at the top. We encourage you to review it periodically.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil, subject to the rights granted to consumers by law.

14. Severablility

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15. Language

These Terms are available in French and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
